What is Hastings Fish?

The Hastings Fish Brand project is an initiative to raise awareness of the sustainable catch landed by Hastings registered fishing boats and to promote local seafood.

The project is funded by the European Union and managed by Hastings Borough Council.

How can I get involved?

If you are a chef, restauranteur, fishmonger, wholesaler or any retailer working with Hastings Fish, you can engage with the brand and be added as a partner to the Hastings Fish online directory by contacting project coordinator Stella Landau ( who will arrange a visit to supply you with branded materials and brand guidelines.

If you are already a Hastings Fish partner and would like to contribute to the ongoing Stories campaign (interviews, guest recipes and information about how you use and support Hastings Fish) please contact Stella Landau.

If you're not a partner but want to support the campaign anyway, please help us spread the word by sharing our social media posts and the website link, as well as taking part in any initiatives or conversations around our content - don't forget to tag us using the hashtag #hastingsfish

How can I ask a question?

We welcome you to ask questions about the project, please send them via our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We also accept questions via our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram direct messages, although please note that there may be a delay in replying as our social media profiles are not continuously monitored.
